Replaced two broken gate motors with two new motors. Broke the concrete down the side of the foundation cases. We dug a 750mm deep hole and placed a 75mm soakaway drainage pipe from the motor case to our drainage hole. we then placed shingle back around the pipes in the holes and concreted back around the motor casing of both motors
